How we work here
Since 2015, we've built systems that don't break and courses that actually teach. This requires specific approaches to problem-solving and collaboration.
Direct communication
We skip the corporate speak. If something's broken, say it's broken. If a deadline's unrealistic, speak up before it becomes a crisis. This applies to everyone from junior developers to leadership.
Technical depth over speed
We don't ship half-working features to hit arbitrary dates. Students depend on our platform staying up and working correctly. That means proper testing, code review, and sometimes saying no to rushed requests.
Learning from mistakes
Bugs happen. Outages happen. What matters is documenting what went wrong, fixing the root cause, and sharing lessons with the team. We keep incident reports public internally.
Subject matter respect
Investment reporting isn't simple. Commercial Bank International standards change. We work closely with financial experts and don't simplify concepts to the point of being wrong.
